Terms and Conditions

No cancellation charge will be made if a booking is cancelled or modified before 10:00am 2 days before the date of arrival. Where cancellation or modification is made outside of the above terms, the guest will be charged the full amount for the full booking.

Check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00 ON ARRIVAL, PLEASE PARK AT THE FRONT OF THE GUEST HOUSE FOR CHECK-IN, as access to the private parking is in the rear. Check-in after 22:00 is subject to an additional charge of GBP20. and only with prior arrangements being made with the property.

Early Check-in prior to 16:00 may be requested with prior arrangement with the property and subject to availability. In the event the room is not available for you, you may leave your luggage with us and we will indicate when the room will be available.
